For more than ten years I have had the privilege of providing counseling services to children and teens. My experience in private practice settings, telehealth counseling, and as a school counselor have given me a unique understanding of the challenges children face at home, school, and in their relationships. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to meaningful therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where children and teens can grow, explore their emotions, and better understand themselves. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and fun. I use engaging and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children get the most out of their therapy journey. Everyone is welcome at Sage Hope Counseling. I am committed to providing a warm, inclusive, and affirming space where every child, teen, and family feels respected, valued, and supported.
